We thank you for your support of the Home Tour and our local businesses that have graciously offered to sell our tickets.
You can pick up tickets the morning of the Home Tour at the Seminole Garden Center (5800 N Central Ave) starting at 11:30 a.m. from the Will Call table.
The tour is self-guided with Trollies provided.
You may also bring your bicycle.
Last year we had a home on the tour that was under construction as the new owner renovated and restored a 1920s bungalow. Come and see the home today, after construction.
You might be wondering where the money raised is spent. OSHNA focuses on community building events like picnics, concerts, and pot lucks. We also fund neighborhood preservation efforts to maintain and improve the quality of life in our area. Restoration projects are also important to us as we consider ourselves custodians of this beautiful and historic neighborhood. OSHNA is 100% volunteer with no paid positions. Every dollar we raise goes back into the association and the community it supports.
This committee grows to a very large number of volunteers each Spring and there are large and small jobs anyone can do. If you're interested in helping your neighborhood association out, consider volunteering for this committee. Volunteers who work the day of the tour are provided an opportunity to attend the pre-tour so that they do not miss all the great homes.
