OSHNA Yard Sale November 8, 2025
The yard sale is back! This year's sale will be Saturday, November 8th from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sign up includes your address on the OSHNA yard sale map, advertising in multiple local papers/online yard sale forums, pick up of any leftover items by a local charity, and an OSHNA yard sale sign along with copies of the map for you to share with customers.

Annual Membership
Thank you for your interest in becoming and maintaining membership in the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association.
Membership provides a personal copy of the quarterly newsletter as well as invitations and discounts to our events. All residents are welcome to join regardless of whether you own or rent. Businesses/organizations have their own membership class and are likewise welcome in the association. For business memberships click here.
OSHNA holds a variety of events each year including the Home Tour, porch parties, and picnics. We also undertake projects for the neighborhood and represent our area before city council when required. Your membership supports these activities directly and is greatly appreciated.

Neighborhood Crime Watch Sign
Neighborhood Watch signs are available for $12. These signs come with a metal stake so you can place a sign in your yard or leave the stake off and attach to a fence, house, or shed. This is a great way to alert others we have an active and engaged neighborhood watch group, provide the Tampa Police Department Non-emergency number, and discourage crime-related activity in our area.
