Home Tour Is Almost Here!

Tampa’s longest running home tour is back for its 24th year!

The tour will highlight the northwest corner of Old Seminole Heights and will feature seven homes, two local businesses, and two history sites on the beautiful Hillsborough River.

The self-guided walking and biking tour will give attendees an insider view of the magnificent restoration work and diverse architectural styles that give the Seminole Heights community its unique character.

Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 day-of. This year's Annual Home Tour is presented by Frank Albert Realty.

When : Sunday, April 7, 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

 Ashley's Eggsploration

Downtown Tampa’s largest egg hunt, Ashley's Eggsploration, brought to you by the Tampa Downtown Partnership, will be bringing fun-filled spring activities to Julian B. Lane Park on Saturday, March 30, from 9:00am - 1:00pm!

Adults and kids of all ages can enjoy several family-friendly games, delicious food from local food trucks, photos with the Easter bunny, and an egg scavenger hunt where participants will find a combination of eggs based on their age group, and redeem them for a prize!

NOTE: Participants are encouraged to bring their own basket for egg collecting. Otherwise, participants are welcome to head to our basket crafting station and make their own while supplies last.

Stormwater Project Update Meeting

There will be a meeting for those interested in an update on the status of the stormwater project at the Hanna Avenue city center, 2555 E. Hanna Avenue, on April 16 at 6 p.m.

Hosting the monthly OSHNA Porch Party is one of the easiest and most fun ways to get involved in the neighborhood.
